A succulent and tender duck leg seasoned with cracked black pepper and citrus zest and cooked slowly in its own juices until ‘confit’. 

Served with a separate orange and Cinnamon sauce.

Once reheated in the bag we recommend that the duck leg is flashed under a hot grill or oven to ‘crisp up’ the skin, the sauce can then be added. 


In our experience:

The separate tangy orange sauce is perfect with duck. Traditional maybe but a safe winner.
