Two generous chunks of beautiful gammon hock slowly cooked until super tender in a wonderful honey sweet and three mustard sauce. Simple but perfectly matched flavours combine in this traditional favourite.

Once reheated in the bag we recommend that the Gammon is flashed under a hot grill or oven to ‘crisp up’ the fat layer, then the sauce can be added.

Boil in the bag or microwave.

In our experience:

We all know that Gammon is pork leg that has been smoked, salted or dried to give Gammon its distinctive flavour. But its regarded almost as a separate meat!

By nature of the sous vide method of cooking this product is succulent and tender but the sauce of honey and mustard is something else. This big portion commands pride of place on the menu... it won't disappoint.

It would take ages to produce this level of tenderness and fusion of flavours in the kitchen... that's why chefs love it.
